I cant swallow alcohol, it makes me gag and it burns my throat. Even beer feels all foamy and I gag every time I swallow it. I really need some tips to fix this, I’d like to be able to have a few drinks with my friends every so often without feeling like utter shit.
No “stop drinking advice” please, I want a fix not a life lesson

well i plug my nose when this happens to me and it gets rid of the burning

I can’t drink because it interacts with the pills I take, so I’d seize all over the floor.
Try starting out with something low in alcohol, then when you’re a little buzzed, the heavier stuff should go down easier.
