Question by T W: Has anyone else gotten the blues after a difficult illness? Can anyone give me some suggestions? I’m feeling down after surgery for endometreosis and a difficult recovery. It has been six weeks since I had surgery for Stage IV endo. The doctor said I was a mess. I had major excision of endo, plus my uterus and appendiex were removed. I developed a pelvic abscess and after almost two weeks of treatment at home, I ended up in the hospital for eight days. The day before I got out, I had surgery to drain the infection.
