Hi Random,

I’m so sorry you are feeling like this, it’s a horrible way to feel and you should give yourself a pat on the back for reaching out here and asking for advice. Well done you.

Do you have a history of depression or feeling suicidal? What have you done before, when you’ve felt like this, that’s helped? I know it’s really, really hard when you’re feeling hopeless because you lose all perspective and it feels like it will never be any different, but that’s part of the depression.

You really, really (as much as you don’t feel like it) need to talk to someone. I don’t know where you are, but Google “phone counsellors” or “Helpline” or something like that for a phone number. Ring someone at one of these places and talk to them on the phone. They won’t judge you or tell you what to do, they will listen and be supportive. If they don’t react like that then they are no good for you, try another number. But get some help! It’s horrible to feel the way you do, you poor thing.

You can feel better, you’re just stuck in a black hole at the moment and I know it sucks, but don’t give up on yourself.

Also, make an appointment to see your doctor and tell them how you’re feeling.

I really hope something I’ve said helps you even a little bit.

Big virtual hug from me. You may feel like you’re alone, but you’re not. When you’re feeling as bad as you are at the moment, everything feels totally negative, but that’s because your perception is all warped at the moment. Please, talk to someone! x
