Can Someone Give Me a “diagnosis”?

Question by Quinn: Can someone give me a “diagnosis”?
I know I have to go to a real doctor to get an official diagnosis but I just want to know what people here think
First off I’m a 13 year old female
Sometimes I lose track of time like there will be hours or even days where I can’t remember a single thing, I can’t even remember waking up.
Debuting that time my parents have told me I act unusually as if I’m younger (a lot younger such as five years old) or I just don’t talk at all.
I know I have depression because I’ve been diagnosed with it but this is something different right?
