The statement is wholly indefensible. No one has the right to even USE illegal drugs. And no employer should ever be forced to extend a job offer to one.

Only a drug user with an addled brain would even try to defend such a stupid statement.

i see no mention of legal or otherwise here………..
so i’ll say this. medical info should all be held private. it is something between you and your doctor. no one else!

but that’s all looking like it’s going the way of the dodo. why in the world would anyone want the government involved in their health care?
