Has Anybody Used the New Testament * Recovery Version – to Study With Yet?

Question by Littlemswright: Has anybody used the New Testament * recovery version – to study with yet?
As an atheist and now a R&S addict – I feel it is important to keep up with some of religious literature/books/bibles christians use as their references and/or weapons when answering/questioning my view on god.
I own about 90 bibles – some of them with very different translations of chapters and verses – that I use frequently in my “quest for answers”.

I just received this version and was wondering if it is very “popular” with anyone – no matter your views – who has any interest in religious studies.
I’ve only skimmed through it at this point – but it looks pretty interesting.
A bit of a new twist on an old book.
