Hi Everyone! I Have a Question About the Torn Meniscus in My Knee :/?

Question by : Hi Everyone! I have a question about the torn meniscus in my knee :/?
I had orthroscopic knee sergery in my left knee last february, 2011. I injured the knee playing basketball in December 2010, and finally got in for knee sergery in february. My sergeon looked at the mri results and told me its a severe miniscus tear, and may not heal, due to the damage and little blood flow to the meniscus. But, he went ahead and operated. He sutured the meniscus back into place and basically fixed the meniscus so that it will have a chance to heal, and i would not need a cadavre replacement meniscus. Everything was good till September. I did physical therapy and took it easy, no running and walking with a brace on till september. Then, i started doing a little jogging. It would feel sore in the mornings from jogging, sort of a numbing, intense and sharp pain. But i would shake it off, and keep at exersizing. The knee got really strong, and seemed like i was set. I thought it was at a hindred percent. I just kept jogging, soon running and finnaly doing squats. Then, in october, 9 months after the surgery, i started wrestling. It felt good, the knee and i continued wrestling, cautiously for about a month. One night, however after wrestling, i squated down to pic something up, and the knee locked up on me. OUCH!! I was freaked out and tryed stretching it but OUCH. It was locked up for like 3 days, even though i could move it a bit. It started feeling beter, however i neglected to call the sergeon. So, it slowly started getting better, but i felt like back at square 1. It was super weak again and had numbing shooting pains again. The healing of my “second injury “on the meniscus when i hurt it after wrestling took about 4weeks, and guess what. It felt better. It is still weak, but by golly it healed on its own. So today is like the 6th weak after the injury at wrestling. But heres my question. My knee now makes grinding, cracklling, and popping sounds when i pull it to my chest. No pain, just loud crackingn HELP!!!!!!

But i would shake it off, and keep at exercising. don’t do this you need to listen to your body. Sounds like in torn again and its grinding that bone bra. I heard that the cadavers work better.
