Where exactly in TX is it & does anybody have any links/info or their website?
We live in Houston so I think that would be the closest state mental hospital. I’ve also heard of one in San Antonio.
I want my daughter to get the help she needs once & for all. She is 31 & has been in & out of Dr’s offices & hospitals since she was 17. PLEASE help. She suffers from severe mood swings, panic attacks, uncontrollable crying,anxiety, fear of abandonment & depression. She constantly talks of suicide as well. 2 years ago, she was diagnosed as Borderline/Histrionic personality disorder. I can’t stand to see my daughter in this kind of pain but I am emotionally & financially bankrupt. Please help. Any information will help. Thank you very much for taking the time.
She is NOT criminally insane so I guess Rusk may NOT be the best place? Does any1 have the link the to Texas Department of Health & Human Services?

Rusk is a Texas State penitentiary for the criminally insane. Has your daughter been diagnosed a bipolar also known as manic-depression? Call the Department of Health and Human Services and ask for Mental Health Clinics.
