It can be beneficial for some people. However, as with medication, not all people respond to the same kinds of medication.

The government is trying to cut the overhead so to say

They have to save that make believe money for some where else that they don’t really need to put it.

And people with any type of depression problems is not on the priority list of things that will impress the public so they can get re elected next election time.
