Sweaty Palms…BADLY, Needs Help :]?

Question by pimp_knuckles: Sweaty Palms…BADLY, needs help :]?
okay well. i dont know whats it’s called but i have realyl sweaty palms, i can’t even hold a pen or pencil sometimes. I’m not a shy person at all when it comes to other people [especially girls at school] but when it comes down to me being with a girl, i get freaked out when they want to hold my hand or something. SOMETIMES my hands are dry but they get sweaty really fast, sometimes it depends on what i’m touching, like a couch, my hands are dry, but on metal, or pens/pencils, theyre SOAKED!.

its horrible i hate it and i’m an artist to be honest, i love to draw and make things, but i just have to stop and wait until my hands arent wet to do things otherwise they become UGLY pieces of art. or [better pieces of Crap]

is there any treatment i can have on this? my hands dont get sweaty when i’m nervouse usually. but Geeze i hat them.

i really just want to cut off someones healthy hands, then cut one of mine off stich one of theis on, and then just trade hands. :]. they can have mine!

Hyperhidrosis can be caused by undiagnosed food intolerances or heavy metal poisoning. The two are not necessarily unrelated.

I had severe hyperhidrosis along with arhhythmia, migraines and muscle twitching. I went through all the regular treatments including robinul, klonopin, drysol, and finally ETS surgery. After 2-3 years the hyperhidrosis and Raynaud’s syndrome began to return.

My symptoms were caused by mercury toxicity from old fillings, which led to wheat and dairy intolerance (gluten and casein). After eliminating grains and dairy from my diet, the symptoms have gone away. I had all fillings replaced with composite material, and have been taking supplements for B vitamins, minerals (magnesium, zinc, etc.) and probiotics.

If you search, there are several sources which mention hyperhidrosis as a symptom of mercury poisoning. This can be related to wheat and dairy intolerance because mercury inhibits DPP-IV, the main enzyme needed to digest these foods.

Heavy metals don’t show up on regular tests until they are provoked out of the body with a chelating agent. I wasted money on one blood test before finding another doctor who did a urine test properly.
