Complete healing from depression is easier than many people imagine. It is widely believed that depression treatment without drugs is not possible, because it is assumed that this problem is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. However, in my work with my clients I have observed that it is exactly the other way round. The chemical imbalance in our brain is caused by our depressive thoughts and feelings. Once these thoughts and feelings are corrected treating depression without medication is a quick and even enjoyable process. I have had dramatic success with the approach outlined in this article with all my clients.
