Question by Vicki: I need advice from other wives who have lived with alcoholic/addicted husbands. We have been married 30 years? We’ve been married for 30 years and have 3 kids, but it has become unbearable. I want to leave but feel guilty. It is an unhealthy household for everyone including him because everyone is always angry with him for letting them down. He just isn’t ready to face up to his problem and really do something about it. I am unhappy and tired of trying to deal with his issues. He is not the same person and neither am I.
