What Can Treat Depression?

I feel very depressed and isolated.I dont want to go counceling.I want to know what are the best anti stress pilss?maybe they can help me from isolation of people.One lady told me that st.john wort is good.Has anyone tried.

If you honestly have “Depression”, go to your medical doctor and tell him. Most common treatment is Prozac. Real depression is caused by chemical imbalance in your brain. Over the counter stuff is not going to help. See a doctor.

Over the counter medicine will not help you if you are really depressed. To get the real help for depression you need to see your doctor. You need to keep in mind that a pill will not fix everything for you, too help depression the best thing that will help you the most is medication combined with therapy.
