Why Do People Always Say “No One Ever Died From Marijuana” When… ?

Question by o snap: Why do people always say “no one ever died from marijuana” when… ?
I always see people posting these pictures that list “facts” on how many people died from drugs, alcohol, smoking, etc.

They always say something like, “deaths from tobacco: 400,000 per year. deaths from alcohol: 100,000 per year. deaths from marijuana: 0.”

BUT what about all the deaths from people who died because someone drove while they were impared? So it looks like marijuana does cause deaths..
