Would You Feel Like Inciting a Riot at a Rock Concert Like This One?

Question by Mr. Intensity: Would you feel like inciting a riot at a rock concert like this one?
Mr. Intensity knows friends who won free tickets off a radio station to a Crosby, Stills & Nash concert in the late 80’s, where security was pulling people out of the line at the gate entrance at random, and confiscating their “mood enhancing goods” and paraphernalia. One friend had to give up a $ 35 dollar sack of ‘goods’ (all he could afford from his paycheck that week) and the other friend had his ‘smoking device’ taken. When they arrived at their seats and the show (supposedly) started, (without even playing a song first) David Crosby opened by giving the audience a lecture on the ‘dangers of drugs!??!!’ Both friends were so pist off, they left before the first song!! Since then, one friend has said that he should have started cussing out Crosby and getting the crowd riled up, and always regretted NOT doing this!! (The crowd was quiet enough to where he could have done this.)
BQ: Isn’t it obvious that CS&N set up their own fans and betrayed them that night?
BQ1: Would you have been compelled and angry enough to incite an ‘intense’ riot that night if this happened to you and your friends?

Me and my friends wouldn’t have ‘felt’ like inciting a riot, we WOULD have rioted!! Big-time!!
A free concert you win tickets for should be hassle free.
BQ – For sure they set up their fans! Just because David Crosby had his problems with “excessive’ drug abuse” and rehabs, doesn’t mean he should think that everybody else that may use a little in moderation has a problem too!! What a punk as$ schmuck!
BQ1 – The stage would have been done! All their equipment would have been done!! And the band would have been making arrangements for another alternative for transportation by the end of the night! After that, I would have went home and sold any albums, shirts etc. I had by that band and boycotted them for good!

Some of us are trying to live in a peaceful world. But obviously people are trying to find all kind of excuses to be violent against others. That is just a pity.
But I regress, regarding that concert, I don’t believe they are any singing artists who are not into drugs. And that is why I’ve never been to a rock, or whatever concerts. Maybe Mr Crosby made a lecture about the dangers of drugs but it doesn’t mean he was not using them himself.
People should save their money to help those in need, not help those with their drugs addictions.
Just a thought!
