My Shoulder Aches a Lot.?

Question by Kelly: My shoulder aches a lot.? Like it’s the right shoulder , but its the side of my neck and if you travel down a bit it hurts. Like sometimes it makes me want to cry. I’ve been having this problem forever, but i just shrug it off. It’s not like the bruise pain its like needles are poking and poking and if I move a bit that part becomes numb, and it feels like blades are cutting me. Whats the problem?
