Its that time again, fashionistas: the Front Row Round-up! Kelly Osbourne was spotted ONCE AGAIN looking like a little doll this week. Did she not learn from her previous dress incident when she looked like she belonged on top of a cake? We think not. Celebrities dressed like dolls including Jessica Szohr, Olivia Palermo, and Selita Ebanks were all spotted Sept. 15 at Marchesa. Note to all fashionistas out there: Not everyone can rock this look. That means you, Kelly Osbourne. We love Marchesa and their intricate elegant shimmery designs, but we did NOT love the tulle/ruffle/bow ensemble chosen for Kelly. Also attending Marchesa was (OMG!) Rachel Zoe with STRAIGHT HAIR?! We almost didnt recognize her with that do, but she did look lovely in her long silk black dress, Rachel Zoe necklace and bigger than her green Hermes bag.
