Question by 2007: Exercise does not help? I read this article on Yahoo today and I just don’t believe it!! http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070126/hl_nm/diet_exercise_dc It seems to contradict what every doctor and nutritionist says. Basically it says exercise doesn’t help you lose weight any more than diet alone. Also says it doesn’t help you with certain areas of the body either… I just don’t believe this article.
