What to Eat for Anti-“depression”?
Question by MM: what to eat for anti-“depression”?
im just really sad my boyfriend and i broke up. i miss him too much and we haven’t talked a single word since last december.
so im too distracted to actually concentrate hard on my studies and I NEED to concentrate.. i also haven’t been having a pretty good appetite lately. it’s as if i got no stomach at all anymore.
what can i do to relieve such “shallow” reasons to be more alert asides from actually talk to the ex? please, thanks.
