Which Career Is More Promising: Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy?

Question by : Which career is more promising: Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy?
They both have very similar descriptions. From what I’ve gathered, it seems like OT’s get paid a little less and schooling is a little easier. It sounds like OT’s are more specialized though and I just don’t know what the job outlook is like.

Should I just go for Physically therapy?

No matter what I chose, I want to specialize in working with children. (Pediatric Physical therapist or Pediatric )

Advice or experience anyone? I’m at a mid-college crisis here! lol

Neither because when Obama Care kicks in your services will not be covered by insurance and most people will be reluctant to pay out of pocket

physical therapy for children sounds the most interesting and rewarding. visit some places on your holiday break and observe how it is in reality. that should surely give you an idea which is more you as i’m sure the best job is the one you love to do.
